HB 4421, which passed during the 2008 legislative session, has repealed the corporate license tax. Therefore, there will be no corporate license tax return form to send with Corporation renewals 2008. However, you may submit a copy of the annual report form, which is now required to be sent to the Secretary of State's Office, in lieu of that form.
