It will be necessary for Dental Corporations to return a copy of the Corporation License Tax Return along with the renewal form and fee in order to receive a renewal certificate. The Corporate License Tax Return is a form supplied by the Tax Commissioner which is form WV/Char-2 Revised 9/03 for the period of 7/01/07 – 6/30/08 and should be mailed by the Tax Commissioner’s office mid May and is not an income tax return.
